As we gear up and say farewell to 2023, we decided it’s time to reflect on a very fun and incredible past year 🥳. We’ve achieved many milestones, made a positive impact on our community and continued to grow as a team. Join us as we take a stroll down memory lane and celebrate the remarkable year it has been!

App upgrades and improvements

After being in business for 2.5 years (at the time), we kicked the year off by deciding it was time we gave our app a makeover! Our customers deserve the very best, so we made significant upgrades to the MyPayNow app to ensure that it's as user-friendly as possible 😎.


Community contributions

Throughout 2023, we made monthly donations to the Starlight Children's Foundation, helping bring joy and support to children facing serious illnesses. Additionally, we continued our support for the Titans game day 50-50 charity raffle for the second year in a row throughout the 2023 season. The raffle contributes 50% of the profits raised to a nominated charity and the remaining 50% to the raffle winner. We were able to successfully contribute $13,750 throughout the 2023 season, bringing the total funds raised to $74,513 🤯. We also partnered with the Gold Coast Titans for various charity initiatives such as their Charity Golf Day, NAIDOC Day, as well as activating the New Wave Accountants & Business Advisory Charity Golf Day ⛳️.

Recognition from industry experts is always a significant achievement. This year, MyPayNow proudly won the 2023 Finders Pay Advance Customer Satisfaction Award. HQ wins

We’ve made our workplace environment more enjoyable by introducing initiatives like a monthly team newsletter, a free Headspace membership, a suggestion box, and even a Nintendo Switch for break times 👾. These additions were welcomed by existing team members and the 16 new team members that joined us throughout the year 🙋‍♀️! Oh, and if you want to know the best office snack, you can follow us on TikTok to reveal that one 😉...that we also created in 2023!

Finally, MyPayNow turned three years old, a huge achievement—here’s to the next three and beyond! 🎉
