SCHEDULE OF DETAILS

This Schedule sets out the details of the MyPayNow x AUSX Supercross – Yamaha Bike Giveaway (Promotion) and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry, which follow this Schedule.

A reference to "these Terms and Conditions" means the full terms governing the Promotion, comprising both this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Promotion Period	Start Date: 3 October 2026 at 12:01am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). End Date: 28 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (being 12:59am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 29 November 2026).
Eligible Persons	Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over who, as at the Start Date, have not previously held an account with the Promoter, and who are not Ineligible Persons (as defined below).
Ineligible Persons	• Directors, managers, employees, officers or contractors of the Promoter, of the organiser or promoter of the Events, or of any agency or organisation directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and their immediate family members. • Persons who have set up an account with the Promoter at any time prior to the Start Date, whether or not they have previously taken an advance, and whether or not that account remains open. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Verification Requirements	The Winner may be requested to provide proof of age, identity and residence at the discretion of the Promoter.
How to Enter	During the Promotion Period, Eligible Persons must navigate to the webpage located at https://bike-giveaway.mypaynow.com.au (Promotion Webpage) and follow the prompts to create an account with the Promoter and complete identity verification. Eligible Persons who complete this process will be automatically entered into the draw. No advance needs to be applied for or taken out to enter the Promotion, and taking an advance does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. Important: Eligible Persons will not be entered into the draw if they: • do not initiate the account creation process via the Promotion Webpage; • do not follow the specific prompts to create their account as directed; or • navigate away from the Promotion Webpage (including to another page on the Promoter's website) and return later to complete the account creation process. Limit of one entry per Eligible Person. Any Eligible Person who does not wish to participate in the Promotion may opt out by contacting customer service by email to customerservice@mypaynow.com.au prior to the Draw Date.
Total Prize Pool	$4,200 (inc GST)
Prize Description	One 2026 Yamaha TT-R110E motorcycle (Motorbike), valued at $4,200 (inc GST), plus delivery to a nominated address within Australia (Prize). The stated value is based on the recommended retail price of the Motorbike together with the cost of the accessories and modifications fitted to it. The Motorbike is a recreational off-road motorcycle. It is supplied unregistered and is not road registerable in its supplied configuration. The Motorbike has been or will be used by the Promoter for display and promotional purposes at the Events and is awarded on an “as is” basis (see clause 9).
Draw Details	The prize draw will be conducted at 10am AEST (11am AEDT) on 30 November 2026 (Draw Date) at the offices of the Promoter located at Level 12, 50 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. On the Draw Date, the winner (Winner), will be randomly drawn from all valid entries using computerised random selection.
Winner Notification	The Winner will be notified by email (to the email address associated with their customer account) within 7 days of the Draw Date.
Claiming Prize	The Winner has 21 days from the date of the email notification to claim the Prize by responding to the email notification and nominating an address within Australia for delivery. If the Winner fails to do so, they forfeit the Prize. The Promoter may request additional information or verification from the Winner before awarding the Prize.
Winner Publication	The Winner’s first name initial, last name and postcode will be published at https://bike-giveaway.mypaynow.com.au within 30 days of the Draw Date and will remain published for a minimum of 30 days. The Promoter may also publish the Winner’s details elsewhere on its website, on its social media platforms and in any digital or promotional communications.
Unclaimed Prize	If the Prize is “Unclaimed” (as described in these Terms and Conditions), an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted at 10am AEST (11am AEDT) on 11 January 2027 (Redraw Date) at the offices of the Promoter located at Level 12, 50 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. The winner of the redraw (Redraw Winner) will be randomly drawn from all remaining valid entries (excluding the entry of the original Winner) using computerised random selection, and will be notified by email within 7 days of the Redraw Date. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Redraw Winner as if they were the Winner, including without limitation the Claiming Prize and Winner Publication provisions above (except that publication will occur within 30 days of the Redraw Date). At the redraw on the Redraw Date, the Promoter will also draw and record a number of reserve entries, in order. If the Prize is “Unclaimed” by the Redraw Winner, the Prize will be awarded to the first reserve drawn on the Redraw Date (and so on, in the order drawn), and these Terms and Conditions will apply to that reserve as if they were the Redraw Winner.
Disqualification Condition	An entry will be disqualified from the draw if the entrant closes their account with the Promoter prior to the Draw Date.

Use of Personal Information	Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (including disclosure to third parties where necessary) and awarding the Prize. The Promoter will otherwise handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails.

1.2 Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions of Entry have the meaning given to them in the Schedule.

1.3 By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees to and is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entering the Promotion

2.1 The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date specified in the Schedule (the Promotion Period).

2.2 Entry to the Promotion is open to Eligible Persons as described in the Schedule.

2.3 Eligible Persons who satisfy the How to Enter process in the Schedule will be automatically entered into the Promotion (unless they opt out in accordance with the Schedule).

2.4 Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule, there is a limit of one entry per Eligible Person. An Eligible Person may not enter more than once, including by creating more than one account with the Promoter.

2.5 Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of entry.

2.6 No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. As the Promotion involves entry via a mobile or web application, the cost of accessing the application or website will depend on the entrant’s internet service provider.

2.7 Entry to the Promotion does not require an entrant to apply for or take out an advance. Where an entrant does apply for an advance, that application will be assessed by the Promoter on its ordinary criteria, independently of the Promotion, and entry to the Promotion does not affect that assessment.

3. Entry content and validity

3.1 Entries submitted by persons who are not Eligible Persons, that are disqualified under the Disqualification Condition or that breach these Terms and Conditions, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter may not assess each entry, however the winning entry will be scrutinised.

3.2 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

3.3 If for any reason the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won the Prize that they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions or their contract with the Promoter, that there has been fraudulent or other unlawful activity on their customer account, or that their entry is otherwise invalid, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as the Winner, and that entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.

4. Prize Draw

4.1 The Winner of the Prize is determined by chance.

4.2 The Prize Draw will take place on the Draw Date, in accordance with the Draw Details in the Schedule.

4.3 The first valid and eligible entrant drawn will be the Winner.

4.4 If the Prize is Unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize redraw on the Redraw Date in accordance with Unclaimed Prize in the Schedule.

4.5 All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner.

4.6 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or the Winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or Winner.

5. Notifying Winner and Claiming Prize

5.1 The Winner will be notified in accordance with Winner Notification in the Schedule. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have ongoing access to the email account associated with their customer account. The Promoter takes no responsibility if the Winner’s details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted by email.

5.2 The Prize must be claimed in accordance with Claiming Prize in the Schedule.

6. Unclaimed Prize

6.1 If the Winner chooses not to take the Prize (or is unable to) or does not claim the Prize in accordance with the Schedule, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and an entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that the Winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

6.3 If the Winner forfeits the Prize or their entry is deemed invalid under these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be considered "Unclaimed" and dealt with in accordance with Unclaimed Prize in the Schedule.

7. Prize – General

7.1 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No compensation will be paid if the Winner is unable to receive, accept or use the Prize.

7.2 If the Prize or any element of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

7.3 Without limiting clause 7.2, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion substitute cash for the Prize (the amount of cash being equal to the prize value specified in the Prize Description).

7.4 Where the Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.

8. Privacy and Information

8.1 Entrants’ personal information will be used for the purposes described in Use of Personal Information in the Schedule. For those purposes, the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to other companies associated with the Promotion, the Promoter’s information technology providers and database service providers, or other entities which provide research or marketing services to the Promoter.

8.2 The Winner’s details will be published and retained in accordance with Winner Publication in the Schedule, and as required under relevant legislation.

8.3 Entrants’ personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://mypaynow.com.au/privacy_policy/.

8.4 By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter.

9. The Motorbike

9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions (including this clause 9 and clause 10) excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where such liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9.2 The Motorbike is a recreational off-road motorcycle. It is supplied unregistered, is not certified as roadworthy, and is not road registerable in its supplied configuration. It is not suitable or approved for use on public roads.

9.3 The Motorbike is a youth model motorcycle designed for younger riders. The Winner is solely responsible for determining whether the Motorbike is appropriate for its intended rider, for ensuring that appropriate protective equipment is worn, for ensuring appropriate supervision of any rider, and for ensuring that the Motorbike is only used in locations where such use is lawful.

9.4 The Winner acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) the Motorbike has not previously been sold or registered, and has not been ridden other than for demonstration, delivery or set-up purposes;

(b) the Motorbike has been used by the Promoter for display, promotional and demonstration purposes, including at the Events;

(c) the Motorbike has been transported to and from multiple locations across Australia and has been accessible to members of the public, who may have sat on, handled or otherwise come into contact with it;

(d) as a result, the Motorbike may exhibit cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs, wear or other imperfections; and

(e) the Motorbike is awarded on an “as is” basis, in the condition it is in at the time it is awarded.

9.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter gives no warranty and makes no representation in relation to the Motorbike, including as to its condition, cosmetic appearance, quality, safety, fitness for any purpose, suitability, roadworthiness or freedom from defects.

9.6 A cosmetic mark, wear or imperfection of the kind described in clause 9.4 does not entitle the Winner to reject the Motorbike, to require a substitute Prize, or to claim any allowance, discount or other payment.

9.7 Any manufacturer’s warranty applying to the Motorbike is provided by the manufacturer and not by the Promoter, and is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms. The Promoter makes no representation as to whether any manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Motorbike, remains available, or will transfer to the Winner.

9.8 By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) they assume all risks associated with the possession, transport, storage, maintenance and use of the Motorbike from the time it is delivered to them;

(b) the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from the possession, transport, storage, maintenance or use of the Motorbike after it is delivered to the Winner, including any use by a person other than the Winner; and

(c) they are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the possession and use of the Motorbike, including arranging any inspection, repair, modification, insurance or registration required if they wish to use the Motorbike other than as supplied.

9.9 The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit of the Motorbike following its dispatch to the Winner’s nominated address.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of God, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10.2 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to any of the above events or the cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of any Event, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

10.3 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (including their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law, in accordance with clause 9.1).

11. Other Terms

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, breached their contract with the Promoter, had fraudulent or other unlawful activity on their customer account, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

11.2 The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in the Promotion, cancel or suspend the Prize or cease to provide the Prize to the Winner if the entrant or Winner is, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, behaving aggressively, disruptively, or in a manner which may diminish the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter, or is engaging in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.

11.3 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11.4 The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the Prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice prior to entering the Promotion if this is a concern.

11.6 No responsibility will be taken for unsuitable, lost, deleted, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

11.7 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, and is not the responsibility of, any owner, rights holder, organiser, venue operator or promoter of the Events or any other sponsor of the Events. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.

11.8 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, and is not associated with, Yamaha Motor Australia Pty Ltd or any of its dealers or affiliates. References to the make and model of the Motorbike are for identification purposes only.

11.9 The Promotion may be advertised or promoted on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta), Facebook or Instagram, and agree to release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from all liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Slothy’s Fast Cash – Event Activation Terms and Conditions

Victorian round – 2026 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship

SCHEDULE OF DETAILS

This Schedule sets out the details of Slothy’s Fast Cash (Promotion) and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry, which follow this Schedule.

A reference to "these Terms and Conditions" means the full terms governing the Promotion, comprising both this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Event	The Victorian round of the 2026 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship, held at Geelong, Victoria on Saturday 7th November 2026.
Promotion Period	Start Date: 12:00pm on 7th November 2026 End Date: 5:30pm on 7th November 2026
Eligible Persons	A natural person who, at the time of entry: (a) is aged 18 years or over; (b) is physically present at the Event and at the Promotion activation site; (c) holds a MyPayNow account, or creates one as part of the entry process; and (d) is not an employee, contractor or director of the Promoter, or of any agency, supplier or promotional partner associated with the Promotion or the Event, or an immediate family member of any of them.
How to Enter	During the Promotion Period, attend the Promotion activation site at the Event and present to the Promoter’s staff a customer account with the Promoter, logged in on the entrant’s own device. An Eligible Person who does not hold a customer account may create one and then present it. Each Eligible Person who presents a customer account receives one spin of the prize wheel at the activation site.
Draw Details	Immediately following entry, each entrant receives one spin of the prize wheel at the activation site, spun by the entrant under the supervision of the Promoter’s staff. The outcome of each spin is determined by chance. An entrant whose spin lands on a Cash Grab segment is a Winner.
Prize Description	For each Winner: one attempt of 10 seconds inside the Promoter's cash grab machine at the activation site, during which the Winner may collect Prize Tokens (Cash Grab Attempt). The Prize is a cash amount equal to the aggregate face value of the Prize Tokens validly collected by the Winner during the Cash Grab Attempt, determined in accordance with clause 9, capped at the Maximum Prize per Winner, and paid by electronic funds transfer in accordance with clause 5. A Winner may nominate another person aged 18 years or over who is present at the activation site to take the Cash Grab Attempt on the Winner's behalf (Nominated Participant). The Winner remains the only person entitled to the Prize. Prize Tokens are promotional tokens only. They are not money, are the property of the Promoter and may not be retained by the Winner. Maximum Prize per Winner: $1,000
Winner Notification	Winners who validly collect Prize Tokens will be contacted regarding payment of the Prize, by email to the address provided by the Winner at the activation site, within 7 days of the End Date.
Claiming Prize	The Winner must, within 14 days of the Promoter’s notification, reply to that notification from the email address to which it was sent, providing the details of a bank account held in the Winner’s name to which the Prize is to be paid.
Unclaimed Prize	Where a Winner does not satisfy Claiming Prize within the period specified, the Prize is forfeited and no substitute or compensation will be provided. The Promoter is not obliged to award the Prize to any other person.
Winner Publication	Winners’ details will not be published.

3. Entry content and validity

3.2 If for any reason the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won the Prize that they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions or their contract with the Promoter, that there has been fraudulent or other unlawful activity on their customer account, or that their entry is otherwise invalid, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.

4. The Spin

4.1 The outcome of each spin is determined by chance.

4.2 Immediately following entry, each entrant receives one spin of the prize wheel, conducted in accordance with Draw Details in the Schedule.

4.3 An entrant whose spin lands on a Cash Grab segment is a Winner and is entitled to one Cash Grab Attempt in accordance with clause 9.

4.4 If the prize wheel fails, is unavailable or cannot be operated, the Promoter may suspend the Promotion or conduct spins by an alternative method of its choosing, subject to State or Territory regulation.

4.5 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or a Winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine that identity.

5. Notifying Winner and Claiming Prize

5.1 Winners will be notified in accordance with Winner Notification in the Schedule. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have ongoing access to the email address they provide at the activation site. The Promoter takes no responsibility if the Winner’s details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted by email.

5.2 The Prize must be claimed in accordance with Claiming Prize in the Schedule.

5.3 The Prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated by the Winner in accordance with Claiming Prize in the Schedule.

5.4 The Winner is responsible for ensuring that the email address they provide at the activation site is accurate, secure and accessible to them, and that the bank account details they provide are accurate, complete and held in their own name.

5.5 The Promoter may decline to pay the Prize where the bank account details are not provided in reply to the Promoter’s notification from the email address to which it was sent, or where the account is not held in the Winner’s name.

5.6 Payment to the bank account nominated by the Winner discharges the Promoter’s obligation to provide the Prize in full. Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from bank account details provided by the Winner which are incorrect, incomplete or relate to an account other than the Winner’s own.

5.7 The Promoter will only contact Winners from an email address ending @mypaynow.com.au. The Promoter will never ask a Winner for their account password, PIN or login credentials.

5.8 The Prize will be paid within 28 days of the Cash Grab Attempt.

6. Unclaimed Prize

7.1 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No compensation will be paid if the Winner is unable to receive, accept or use the Prize.

8. Privacy and Information

8.2 Winners’ details will not be published, as specified in Winner Publication in the Schedule.

8.3 Entrants' personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, as specified in the Schedule.

8.4 By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter.

9. The Cash Grab

9.2 Prize Tokens are promotional tokens only. They are not money, are not legal tender, are not Australian currency, and have no value in themselves. Prize Tokens are and remain the property of the Promoter at all times and are not retained by the Winner.

9.3 A Cash Grab Attempt must be taken at the activation site during the Promotion Period. It cannot be deferred, transferred, repeated or exchanged.

9.4 Before taking a Cash Grab Attempt, a Winner must comply with all directions given by the Promoter’s staff, including any direction to remove glasses, headwear, jewellery, loose personal items, bags or footwear.

9.5 A Winner must not take a Cash Grab Attempt if they are pregnant, are affected by alcohol or any other substance, or have any medical condition, injury or impairment which may be aggravated by, or may make it unsafe for them to take part in, the Cash Grab Attempt.

9.6 The Cash Grab Attempt begins when the machine is activated and ends when the machine stops. The Promoter may end a Cash Grab Attempt early where it considers it necessary for the safety of any person or the protection of property.

9.7 Prize Tokens are validly collected only where they are held in the Winner’s hands at the moment the Cash Grab Attempt ends and while the Winner is inside the machine. Without limitation, Prize Tokens are not validly collected where they are:

(a) dropped, released or no longer held at the moment the Cash Grab Attempt ends;

(b) placed or held in clothing, pockets, headwear, footwear, the Winner’s mouth, or any container or item other than the Winner’s hands;

(d) collected or retrieved from outside the machine, whether by the Winner or any other person.

9.8 At the time of the Cash Grab Attempt, the Winner must provide their name, email address and telephone number to the Promoter's staff.

9.9 At the conclusion of the Cash Grab Attempt the Winner must immediately surrender all Prize Tokens to the Promoter’s staff. The Promoter’s staff will count the Prize Tokens validly collected and record their aggregate face value. The Promoter’s determination of the number, denomination and aggregate face value of Prize Tokens validly collected is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.10 Prize Tokens of higher face value are limited in number and may be similar in appearance to Prize Tokens of lower face value. The Promoter makes no representation as to the number, distribution or accessibility of Prize Tokens of any particular denomination.

9.11 Where the aggregate face value of Prize Tokens validly collected exceeds the maximum specified in Prize Description in the Schedule, the Prize is that maximum amount.

9.12 Where no Prize Tokens are validly collected during a Cash Grab Attempt, no Prize is payable to that Winner.

9.13 By taking a Cash Grab Attempt, the Winner acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) they have read and understood the directions given by the Promoter’s staff and will comply with them;

(b) they are not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment which would make it unsafe for them to take part; and

9.14 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense suffered by any person arising from or in connection with a Cash Grab Attempt, including any loss of or damage to personal property brought into or left near the machine.

9.15 Where a Winner nominates a Nominated Participant, clauses 9.3 to 9.7, 9.9 and 9.13 apply to the Nominated Participant as if references to the Winner were references to the Nominated Participant. The Prize remains payable to the Winner only.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to any of the above events or the cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the Event, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

11. Other Terms

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, breached their contract with the Promoter, had fraudulent or other unlawful activity on their customer account, tampered with the entry process, the prize wheel, the cash grab machine or any Prize Token, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

11.2 The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in the Promotion, cancel or suspend the Prize or cease to provide the Prize to the Winner if the entrant or Winner is, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, behaving aggressively, disruptively, or in a manner which may diminish the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter, is affected by alcohol or any other substance, or is engaging in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. The Promoter may refuse entry to, or remove from the activation site, any such person.

11.3 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11.4 The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.7 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, and is not the responsibility of, any owner, rights holder, organiser, venue operator or promoter of the Event or any other sponsor of the Event. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.

11.8 The Promotion may be advertised or promoted on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta), Facebook or Instagram, and agree to release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from all liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
